So, what are enzymes and how do they work?
Enzymes act like scissors, cutting up and breaking down specific foods and compounds, and Candidase contains two enzymes perfectly designed for yeast: cellulase and protease. Cellulase is a cellulose-digesting enzyme that breaks down the yeast cell wall, and protease, a protein-digesting enzyme, breaks down the interior proteins.* This combination provides a gentle, cleansing effect without harsh discomfort common to cleansing.*
